I'm hoping someone can please help me with this annoying issue I'm experiencing. Just bought a ps3 controller to connect to mac so I can play games through the Dolphin emulator and it refuses to pair with the mac. The steps I've tried have been the same on various websites and video tutorials but still no luck. It connects but the controller turns itself off when I click on pair. Even quickly turning the controller back on when it does that still comes up with a Pairing failed warning. I've reset the controller several times too. I'm running OS X El Capitan Version 10.11.2 on an iMac. Please help me...
Dolphin Emulator is a version of the excellent Nintendo Gamecube and Wii emulator for Windows, this time adapted for Android and all that that entails, like touchscreen controls. Seeing as how this is a very early version of the emulator, Dolphin Emulator for Android has a list of game compatibility that is much more limited than the one available for Windows, Mac, and Linux.

Looking to play all of this hits from a simpler generation of gaming? Dolphin emulator, the best GameCube emulator, lets you replay all of your favorite Nintendo GameCube titles through emulation. You can replay over 80%+ of the entire library of games. All major titles like Super Smash Bros. Melee, Mario Party 5, Mario Kart Double Dash! and many more run perfectly. Dolphin emulator is very lightweight and supports all major versions of Windows, Linux and even Mac OSX.
This Nintendo GameCube emulator makes the experience so much better by adding 1080p upscaling, graphic tweaks and improvements through patches allowing your favorite games to look better and play smoother. All major PC controllers are also supported meaning you don’t have to use a mouse and keyboard, allowing you to get the full experience of late night smash sessions. Up to 4 controllers are supported at this time as well as network play, so you can get together with your friends and play all of your favorite multiplayer games!
The Dolphin emulator team is updating this Nintendo GameCube emulator periodically adding support for new games and improving the performance of current ones. This is by any and all means the best GameCube emulator available at the moment. It has played anything I’ve thrown at it with no sort of issues what so ever. There are a few more graphically demanding games that require a lot more system resources, but with a good enough CPU, GPU and enough ram you can play most of the library flawlessly.
Hook up your computer/laptop to a TV, start up the Nintendo GameCube emulator, get a couple PC controllers and play all of your favorites just like back in the day. Mario Kart is still just as fun nowadays as it was 6-7 years ago and those blue shells are the bane of your existence. Much hasn’t changed but modern convenience has stepped in to make nostalgia within your grasp.
With over 100+ hours logged, I can confidently say you really do get an experience equal to playing on a real GameCube (with controllers that is) if not even better due to the 1080p support and 60fps capability. Not to mention the amazing development team behind this product making it better day by day. Dolphin emulator is a smash hit when it comes to Nintendo GameCube emulators and will have you back on a late night smash bros binge before you know it.
